Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Serving a diverse customer base by addressing inquiries and identifying their needs.
- Providing advice and recommending books based on customer preferences.
- Staying updated on current titles and market changes.
- Processing customer orders and handling book reservations.
- Selling products from the catalog to customers.
- Negotiating prices and managing book deliveries and returns.
- Maintaining commercial awareness, and identifying business and promotional opportunities.
- Assisting with book events, including organizing talks, signing sessions, and reading groups.
- Collaborating with teachers and library staff regarding set texts in academic shops.
- Engaging with external account holders, such as schools, councils, and companies.
- Reviewing sales performance and meeting established sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
