The Coalition of Kwara APC Young Stakeholders (CKAYS) has transitioned into a new phase as Mallam Abiola Nasirdeen assumes leadership of the youth-driven organization within the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kwara State.
In a statement issued by the outgoing leader, Comrade Abdullateef Babafila and obtained by Just Event Online TV, he expressed gratitude to his executive team across the 193 wards in Kwara for their dedication, particularly in the success of the #ISFAA 2023 Project (I Signed for AbdulRahman Again).
“By the power conferred on me and with the support of all young stakeholders, I hereby hand over the leadership baton to Mallam Abiola Nasirdeen to continue steering CKAYS towards greater achievements,” Babafila announced.
The leadership transition marks a new era for CKAYS, an organization committed to upholding party principles and the rule of law within the state. Babafila expressed confidence in Abiola’s ability to unify members, engage proactively in party activities, and drive youth participation in governance.
“It has been an honor serving as CKAYS Coordinator. Now is the time for fresh energy and ideas to advance our collective vision. I trust that Abiola Nasirdeen will lead with commitment and integrity,” he stated.
Babafila urged the new leadership team to remain steadfast in CKAYS’ founding mission—ensuring youth voices are heard, promoting good governance, and maintaining loyalty to the APC-led administration in Kwara State.
The transition has been widely welcomed by stakeholders, who expressed optimism that CKAYS will continue to play a crucial role in shaping youth-oriented programs and securing a brighter future for young APC members in Kwara State.
