Kwara United FC is basking in pride as two of its standout players, Emmanuel Ogbole and Nurudeen Badmus, have secured spots in the Super Eagles B camp. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) included the duo in its 30-man squad for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers against Ghana’s Black Stars B.
Forward Emmanuel Ogbole, known for his clinical finishing, has racked up an impressive 7 goals in the ongoing 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. Meanwhile, Nurudeen Badmus has been a fortress in goal, recording 7 clean sheets that have anchored Kwara United’s stellar campaign.
Speaking on their selection, Kwara United’s Chairman, Mr. Kumbi Titiloye, through General Manager Bashir Badawiy, applauded the players for their hard work and dedication:

The CHAN qualifiers consist of two crucial matches, starting with the first leg at Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024, and concluding with the return leg at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, December 28, 2024.
