In a groundbreaking initiative to empower entrepreneurs in Kwara State, the Gadaff Future Care Foundation has partnered with Accel360 Hub to deliver a transformative Kwara Accelerator Programme.
This partnership aims to honor the visionary leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and nurture the next generation of business leaders.
The six-day intensive training was inaugurated by Amb. Obalana Kehinde Mariam, Director-General of the Gadaff Future Care Foundation, who highlighted the foundation’s mission to create impactful change. Addressing participants, she shared the foundation’s inspiring goals and encouraged them to share their journeys through the program.
Empowering Entrepreneurs with Actionable Knowledge
The programme featured dynamic sessions led by industry experts. Mrs. Hetty Ugboh, Non-Executive Director at UBA and Managing Director of Norwiche Ltd., delivered a transformative session on financial literacy.
She demystified financial statements, cash flows, balance sheets, and income statements, offering participants actionable insights to strengthen their business operations.
Dr. Yusuf Abdulrauf, MD/CEO of Harmony Recycling Hub, also inspired attendees by sharing his entrepreneurial journey in waste management and recycling.
His stories underscored the importance of resilience and innovation in overcoming challenges.
Another highlight was Timothy Oguniran, MD/CEO of Timzac Grains Hub and a distinguished fellow of Lagos Business School’s Business Innovation Accelerator Programme. His advice, “If there’s no resources, be resourceful,” resonated deeply with participants, leaving them motivated to embrace creativity in building sustainable businesses.

The grand finale was graced by Hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff, Chairman of the Gadaff Future Care Foundation. In his keynote speech, he emphasized the importance of creating impact-driven businesses and resilience in the face of challenges.
He commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his inspiring leadership and pledged continued support for entrepreneurship in the state.
