The Ilorin Emirate Youths Development Association (IEYDA) has hailed the appointment of Professor Abdulkadir Ibrahim Abikan as the Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS). This prestigious appointment was met with widespread acclaim across the emirate.
